Vincent is an expert in data protection, privacy and information security with +15 years experience in Governence, Risk & Compliance.

A holistic approach allows him to deliver compliance projects that integrate, regulations, privacy-enhancing technologies, and project management. He is Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Data Privacy Solutions Engineer by ISACA, Privacy Professional by OneTrust and Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. He holds a master’s degree in Public Law, Telecom, Project Management & Marketing. He is also certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Benefits Practitioner, Management of Portfolios Practitioner. He is a member of ISACA, IAPP, PMI.

He has 25 years’ experience in IT Project Management and about 7 years in ISO auditing/ consulting. Neelov performs ISO certification audit representing registrars like BSI, DQS, SGS and PECB. He provides consulting services in information security and data privacy. As a Certfified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), he performs GDPR assessment which includes Data Protection Impact Analysis (DPIA) and compliance with GDPR Articles. He teaches Project Leadership and Risk Management in PMI Dallas Chapter.

David Parish had a 30-year exemplary police career as a senior detective in the UK working on international organized crime specializing in money laundering intelligence and specialist confidential inquiries. Including roles in the Eulex mission to Kosovo the US Carabeean and a specialist lecturer for the European police college CEPOL.

He retired on the 12th of July 2012 and Graduated from Leicester University on the 13th of July 2012 with an MSC in security and risk management, the first step in transitioning into the private sector and the start of a new career.
