Antoine is an accomplished C-level executive and expert with a professional career spanning more than two decades in the electronic communications networks and services sector. He also holds relevant expertise in the formulation, review or application of European and International regulation and standardisation instruments in cybersecurity, electronic communications, radiocommunications equipment and systems, including: International Organization for Standardization (ISO): ISO/IEC 27000 FAMILY OF STANDARDS European Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA): 5G SECURITY CONTROLS MATRIX European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI): CYBER European regulatory framework for electronic communications ITU Telecommunications Standardization Sector (ITU-T) Body of European Electronic Communications Regulators (BEREC) He is a Senior Visiting Lecturer with the Faculty of Information and Communications Technologies at the University of Malta where he lectures undergraduate and postgraduate students in communications and computer networks.   Antoine holds a Masters in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship and a Bachelors degree in Engineering both from the University of Malta, a post-graduate diploma in Engineering Management from Brunel University London and certifications in Regulation from the London School of Economics, ISO 27001 implementation (PECB) and project management (PRINCE2).
