Thorbjørn has 15 years of experience in security, leadership, and emergency preparedness. He currently works as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at DOF Group ASA. Thorbjørn has served as a security manager in the Norwegian Air Force and Norwegian Special Forces. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Military Strategy from the Norwegian Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in Organization and Management from NTNU. He is certified in ISO 27001 Information Security Management, ISO 27005 Information Security Risk Management, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
