I have worked in health care, law enforcement, consulting, utilities, and lottery and gaming and I have applied experience with many security and security related standards. I was a Microsoft Certified Trainer for 11 years, a Certified Novell Instructor for 10 years and am also currently a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer+. I have trained adult learners at all levels and have written and developed curriculum. I currently serve on a Standards Council of Canada Committee for IT Security standards, the International Association of Privacy Professionals CIPP/C Certificaiotn Committee and a Cloud Security Alliance Committee for securing health data in the cloud. I have presented at several international and regional security conferences and events and chaired discussion panels as well. In addtion, I have presented security webinars and written both security and technology articles for magazines and newspapers. I have experience working and traveling internationally and travel is not an issue for me.
