Mimoza Rraci Mulliqi
Associate Technical Leader-Examination

Mimoza is the Associate Technical Leader at the Examination Department in PECB. She has joined PECB in 2019 and has been working in the Compliance Department as a part of the accreditation against ISO/IEC 17024 and ANSI/ASTM E2659-18. Mimoza has contributed in the company’s vision to become the global benchmark for the provision of training and professional certification services. Her previous work experience helped her in developing and managing professional and cross-cultural skills.

As the Associate Technical Leader, Mimoza is responsible for accepting, processing and storing of exam materials, maintaining and tracking the status of invigilators, implementation of approved policies and procedures while always focused on consistent quality work and a desire to simplify and innovate daily operations of the department.

Mimoza holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina and a Master’s degree from the AAB College. She also holds professional certifications on various ISO/IEC management system standards in Information Security and Quality Management.
