Ms. Elizabeth H. Wachuka is an independent Business Management Consultant with over 20 years in the corporate world. She uses her skills and expertise to help organizations improve various aspects of business including productivity, management and overall company image, all with an objective of maximizing growth and improve business performance for her clients. She is a PECB Certified Lead Auditor and Certified Trainer for ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and has indepth experience in training, implementing and auditing quality management systems. With over 6000 training hours, Elizabeth has successfully helped several organizations in Tanzania navigate through the implementation, certification and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015. She also has hands on experience in Risk Management under ISO 31000:2018 and Compliance Management under ISO 19600:2014. Having conducted many system audits in different industries and business environments ranging from logistics, hospitality, construction, IT, academic, etc, Ms. Wachuka is a human "data bank" with lots of information and experience on best practices gained from these environments. She operates with high integrity, is well organized and is passionately committed to all her projects. Ms. Wachuka is also a certified Kaizen Trainer.
