This training course will enable participants to acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process. Participants will also learn how to master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communicate with customers, and resolve any potential conflicts. With the self-study delivery mode, this course is offered on an on-going basis, and is perfectly suited for participants who have limited time to attend training sessions. You have the flexibility to choose the dates that you would like to do the course, learn at your own pace/time, and take the exam when it is convenient for you.
