A highly competent chemist with a proven track record in Analytical method development, Quality management systems, Computer system validation, Good Laboratory Practices and Equipment maintenance/calibration of major equipment in a Laboratory. Brenda has  a working experience of 15+ years in ISO 17025 and World Health Organization Pre-Qualified Laboratories where she has acquired technical expertise over the years. She is a certified ISO 17025 Senior Lead Implementer and Senior Lead auditor for ISO 17025, a standard for General requirements for the competence of Testing and Calibration laboratories . Brenda has knowledge and understanding of computer systems validation, a critical component in the establishment,implementation,auditing  and management of Laboratory software. She has developed a great understanding of the Quality Management System and I has led and coordinated activities required to meet the quality standards set for certain products and services. Brenda is a trained and skilled Good Manufacturing Practice Inspector carring out both local and foregn GMP inspcetion with the purpose of to assessing the compliance of pharmceutical facilities  to the current Good Manufcaturing Practcies. She is so passionate about fostering growth, improving performance, and building a culture of continuous learning.
