Darrshan Manukulasooriya is a ISO 27001 Senior Lead implementer. He has 13 years of experience in IT consulting and software engineering.​ Darrshan was awarded the “Continuity and resilient consultant of the year” in 2021 by the business continuity institute (BCI) – UK. ​Darrshan has led projects in ISO 27001 implementation, payment card industry (PCI) data security standard (DSS) implementation, IT auditing, business continuity management (BCM), enterprise risk management (ERM), development of IT policies and procedures and system selection for clients in a variety of sectors including government, telecom, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, hospitality, construction, and healthcare. He also has managed enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects.​ ​Darrshan has led 20+ projects which have assisted clients to obtain ISO certifications 27001:2013, 22301:2019 and 27031:2011 and PCI DSS certifications version 3.2.1. He has developed, implemented, and tested BCM systems in a variety of sectors across the region.  He has also significant audit experience in BCM, IT general controls, IT infrastructure, IT applications and information security management systems (ISMS). Darrshan has an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka) and is a previous winner of the CIMA Sri Lanka prize for management accounting financial analysis.​
