Personal profile A resourceful and solutions-focused Chartered & Registered Environmental, Health & Safety Practitioner with more than 20 years extensive experience in all aspects of EH&S management, working in multi-national organisations managing non-financial risk enterprise areas across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. Adopting EHS Management through Integrated Services and an Enterprise Risk Management approach that supports businesses with bespoke solutions ensuring legislative compliance across global markets and international best practice & ISO accreditation. Successfully accomplished several senior global management roles as the Head of EHS Management reporting to EVP & VP Senior Management and supporting the senior leadership teams across large International organisations providing both strategic and operational leadership to develop a coherent risk-based approach along with specialist knowledge and best practices in health, safety & environmental management, across all regions, end markets & internal business units. In addition, a key leadership role within the ESG forum driving the Environmental Health and Safety Performance Agenda across the wider communities in support of the closing the gap to Zero ambition. Increased company environmental ranking year-on-year through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Global certification ISO standards 45001, 14001, 22301. Delivered widescale and complex change of Integrated Services programme over multi-national geography.
