Sola has hands-on experience: facilitating the formulation of business and IT strategies; establishing PMOs and project management methodologies; formulating information systems and business strategies; designing and implementing IT service management processes and ISO 20000-1; implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enterprise information management programs (enterprise content management, enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence programs), application & infrastructure selection and implementation, and business process documentation and redesign.
