Monica is an ISO, QHSE and Business Process Improvement Expert with over 15 years cognate experience in Management Systems Consultancy. She is the Principal Consultant/CEO- Freshfountain Consulting Limited. She has a postgraduate Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Environmental Mgt. (Distinction) and a B.Sc. in Pure & Applied Chemistry. She is currently running a second postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety – University of New Brunswick, New Brunswick Canada. She is a renowned ISO Certified MS Lead Auditor and Trainer with expertise in Quality Management System -QMS  9001, Environmental Management System-EMS 14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System-ISO 45001, Business Continuity Management Systems-ISO 22301, Risk Management System-ISO 31001 spanning diverse industries- Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications & Communications, Public Sector, Security & Digital Security, Services, Financial Institutions, Construction, Engineering etc. Monica is Fellow and Senior Member of several professional bodies including ECRMI, ASQ, ASSP, ISPON, Chartered Management Consultant- International Institute of Management Consultant, Accredited and Certified Management Trainer- Centre for Management Development (CMD), SafERR Ambassador & Affiliate member-World Safety Organisation (WSO) among others.  In Addition, Monica is ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)- USA. She is one of the founders, Trustee/Director, Nigerian Society of Management Systems Practitioners and Association of Nigerian Women Safety Professionals (AWOSAP). A very confident Leader and strategic thinker, Monica is focused; result oriented and possesses very rare and unique interpersonal skills and training aptitude. She thrives well in diverse and multi-cultural environment. She has won several awards in recognition of her laudable achievements. Monica is actively involved in charity work via her pet project- Hearts Aglow Foundation. She is happily married to her “best friend” and has three boys! She enjoys travelling, reading, training and spending quality time with her family.
