I have been in this line of work for the past 23 years working in various industries such as retail, manufacturing factories, logistics, abattoirs, major hazardous installation factories and construction sites. I have a National Diploma in Risk management from UNISA Level 7. NZQA  17601 Produce an occupational health and safety incident investigation Level 4, 4098 Assess candidate performance level 4 and 11281 Prepare candidate(s) for assessment against standards (Assessor and facilitator). I also belong to the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety of United Kingdom as a Graduated member. IOHS is one of the biggest safety bodies in Europe when it comes to safety and health. Locally I am registered with the NZISM New Zealand Institute of Safety Management as a Graduated member of Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner and Hasanz. Currently there is only three IRCA Lead Auditors ISO 45001:2018 in New Zealand of which I am one of the three. I am also registered with Exemplar Global and one of eight auditors on the Lead Auditor ISO 45001:2018 scheme.  My main expertise is the implementation of safety management systems, auditing of safety management systems, investigations, risk assessments, and safety compliance audits.
