Graham Talbot
Accreditation and Business Management Expert

Graham is an expert in the accreditation industry with over 20 years of experience. During his extensive career in both public and private sectors, Graham has held many executive and directorial positions, such as Chairman of the European co-operation for Accreditation (the association of national accreditation bodies in Europe), as well as the Technical and External Affairs Director of the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, where he was responsible for the continual improvement and effectiveness of accreditation and assessment services provided by UKAS and its external and international affairs. Furthermore, he has worked as Director of Corporate Development at Mitchell Phoenix Ltd, as well as been Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Planning at the UK Ministry of Defense. 

Graham is currently an independent Accreditation and Business Management Expert based in New Taipei City, Taiwan. In this role, Graham has helped many international and regional non-governmental organizations shape their strategic direction, and shared his expertise in general and accreditation management, capacity and organizational assessments, organizational planning, marketing and communications, and top-level project steering. 

Skilled in business development, team building, project management, and business planning, Graham has a Master of Arts degree in Engineering Sciences from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
