How to pass ISO 21500 Lead Project Manager Exam?

 


Master all the material given for the guidance of project management exam by using a methodical approach while studying for the exam. Understand core principles and read them with focus and concentration.

As a project member you will be working closely together from the beginning to the end of a project, therefore having a clear understanding of the project processes is essential. Exam questions will test how well you can apply these concepts in a practical way.

  • Consider that the project management has its own process approach covering five process groups: Initiating, Planning, Implementing, Controlling and Closing.
  • Have an idea what a project plan, project chart and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) contain, and learn how and when to use it.
  • Clearly distinguish who decides on the project scope and budget, and who delivers such requirements.
  • Strive to provide practical examples of how each ISO 21500 clause is applied in order to measure conformity.
  • Be capable to identify and estimate the Project Management compliance requirements for an organization. To do this, illustrate some activities that you need to go through to demonstrate that the process runs in accordance with requirements.
