How Six Sigma Reduces Costs and Increases Customer Satisfaction
This webinar is intended to provide for those who have heard about Six Sigma and want to know a little more about what it is all about, and how it can be utilized to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction in an organization. Our presenter for this webinar, Martin Greenaway, is a graduate engineer who spent 20 years working in industry in various quality roles, implementing and maintaining quality systems as well as designing and facilitating business process improvement activities in line with TQM, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies before moving to the United Kingdom Accreditation Service as an Assessment Manager and ISO/IEC17021 lead assessor, with technical specialists in quality management within engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Martin is running his own consultancy which provides training, consultancy and facilitation within the broad spectrum of quality management and process improvement, continuing to support UKAS as an external technical assessor and PECB as a certified trainer for ISO9001 and Six Sigma. Martin also has an MBA from Leicester University and is a Chartered Quality Professional with the CQI in the UK.
