Hazards consequentially evolve into incidents when not adequately managed. These incidents result into losses that may range from zero dollars monetary loss to billions of dollars in losses. This presentation looks at redefining the term “hazard” from an enterprise standpoint, review a holistic approach to hazard classification, review some serious incidents outcomes and how to better manage these hazards, so as to prevent enterprise losses.
