I managed successfully many projects in the area of QMS deployment , Performance management system ( BSC) , process improvement  ( Six sigma & Zero defects) and excellence model implementation. my achievements include establishing integrated management system  from scratch till certification , implementation of  excellence model and drive my ex-employer to get C2E from EFQM , establishing performance management system as per BSC fro tier 1 and tier 2 and link it with the incentive system        Colleagues know me as highly change champion who can always be trusted   and come up with new approaches and ideas.
