My experience as a seasoned Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems developer, implementer, trainer and auditor. My experiences extends to well over 30 years. I gained experience in multiple business sectors, including vehicle manufacturing, component manufacturing, mining, heavy construction, food, medical and consulting sectors where I achieved commendable results and numerous awards. International experience was gained in Blue Chip companies, and I am proud to claim significant achievements, personal awards, and accolades. I pride myself in the success over the years and fulfilling my ultimate vision to drive Safety First Initiatives supporting ZERO Harm/Loss which manifested at all organizations I was employed at. The ultimate drive was and remains to foster a positive culture from both Management and employees and where not existing to manage this through culture enhancement programs emphasizing reduced harm and libility.  During the past 35 years I developed, implemented, and maintained OHSE Management Systems successfully certified by renowned certification bodies and maintaining such certification. I maintain a personal objective driving my passion to continue training, development, empowerment developing training material and facilitating training on several training courses in excess of 2 000 training days having trained well over 20 000 employees and contractors. As an internationally certified Senior Lead Auditor ISO 45001:2018, Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001:2007 and Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Registered Senior Implementer I had the privilege be a Lead auditor performming internal audits at manufacturing plants, construction sites, medical facilities on a global scale and use these audits to coach and develop more than 30 Internal Auditors up to Internal Lead Auditor status.
