James Ampah-Korsah is a Certified Management Systems Auditor (CMSA), MSECB Auditor, and has specialised in a number of ISO Management Systems as Certified Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and Lead Risk Manager. Academically, he holds a BBS Accounting and MBA Finance respectively. Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in June 2017, James has had over two decades experience in auditing, financial management, digital transformation, risk management and consultancy. His professional work over the years to date involves multinational corporations, private organisations, oil and gas industry, NGOs, hospitality and tourism, professional bodies and government agencies. James Ampah-Korsah is currently the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at FCMS Consulting, a leading enterprise risk and strategic management consulting firm based in Ghana.
