ANAB Has Granted PECB the ASTM E2659 Accreditation Scope Extension for the Essential Skills Programs and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Foundation Certificate Program

PECB is pleased to announce that as of October 12, 2023, and hereafter, its accreditation scope against ASTM E2659 has been extended by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). This extension encompasses the following essential programs and the foundation certificate program:

• Complying with the GDPR: A Practical Approach to Data Protection
• Techniques for Cybersecurity
• Information Security Management
• ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 Foundation 

Upon a thorough independent assessment, which included a site visit assessment to determine PECB’s level of compliance against the requirements of ASTM E2659, we successfully met the required criteria to extend the accreditation scope.
