PECB joins IPC as a Full Member

(May 3, 2016) – PECB is proud to announce that it has joined the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC) as a full member. Through this step, PECB will contribute to IPC’s objective to serve the needs of the society for competence of professionals. 

 

PECB has successfully been accepted as a Full Member. This is a status provided to certification bodies that have in place a personnel certification scheme which has been accredited by an accreditation body, which is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), as meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024 and approved IPC criteria and which is admitted as a Member under the clause 12 of the IPC Constitution.

Mr.  Osman Vural, IPC Chairman, welcomed PECB stating: “IPC welcomes PECB as a full IPC member. PECB will enrich IPC’s membership in North American region and will add a series of valuable accredited programs to the ones already provided by our members, globally.”
