Associate Team Leader for Content Editing

Djellza Krasniqi is responsible for overseeing content editing initiatives and ensuring the continuous improvement of editorial quality within PECB. In her role as Associate Team Leader for Content Editing, she manages strategic projects, monitors content accuracy, and drives editorial enhancements to support PECB’s commitment to delivering high-quality certification and training services.

Prior to assuming her current role, Djellza served as a Senior Quality Assurance and Content Editor at PECB, where she played a pivotal role in refining and enhancing content quality, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and supporting the company’s mission of delivering high-quality certification programs. Additionally, her experience as an Albanian-English Translator and E-learning Course Developer has further strengthened her expertise in content development, academic integrity, and digital learning.

Djellza holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated English Linguistics from the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina,” where she graduated with an outstanding academic record. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution. In addition to her academic achievements, she has obtained several professional certifications, including the PECB Certified ISO 9001 Provisional Implementer and PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Provisional Auditor. She is also certified in Content Marketing and Digital Marketing, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
