Internal Audit Team Leader

As the Internal Audit Team Leader, Robert is in charge of leading the Internal Audit Department, he also engages in achieving compliance with national laws, international standards, as well as internal and external control procedures and policies. He works to ensure accountability, transparency, and a culture of continuous improvement in daily operations and service delivery. 

His extensive experience working in an international team environment with EU/USAID projects and reputable organizations in the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Kosovo has shaped his strong leadership skills to manage and smoothly collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. His attention to detail and experience in managing resources and confidential information enables him to lead the right approach so that PECB achieves its success in becoming a global benchmark in the certification industry.  

In addition to his MBA degree from South East European University, Robert holds various certifications in Project Management, Process Improvement, as well as ISO/IEC management system standards in information security and quality management.

Beyond his work at PECB, with great enthusiasm, Robert remains active in supporting the protection of the environment, human and gender rights, and maintaining his interest in the area of international relations by supporting democratic initiatives in East Europe.
