Neema holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic HR from ICFAI, Tripura University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Advance Accountancy from Gujarat University. 

She has an experience of over 17 years, which includes; quality reviews, managing the business of Certification body of persons, IT trainings, quality control practices in US Healthcare medical billing organization along with the implementation of standardization in Revenue Cycle Management. As former Senior Manager at TÜV SÜD, she was the head of business development of IT training services and personnel certifications, responsible for the training and examinations of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, ISO 31000, ISO 27701, EU GDPR, DCPP, Lead Six Sigma YB, GB, BB, and many more.

Neema has formerly worked as the Head of Quality at iGlobal KPO Services LLP, where she was responsible for the standardization in the process of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), quality control, auditing process, implementation of quality tools by RCA methods, etc. In addition, she has also previously worked at TÜV SÜD, where she was an Executive of Business Development and Accreditation, as well as Senior Manager of Quality and Operations Certifications Body of Persons.

She currently holds the position of Principal Consultant - Learning Solutions at Heptagon Technologies Pvt Ltd, where she is responsible for product development and business development in the professional training domain. She also mentors CCSD ASIA SDN BHD Certification Body for Person for ISO/IEC 17024 Standard, which is a Conformity assessment standard and General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons.
