Janet Michelin

Attorney-Partner at IMK, Member of the Executive Committee, Wills, Estates, and Trusts of the CBA, as well as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners – STEP

With an array of professional activities under her belt, Janet was the President of Wills, Estates and Trusts Section of the CBA, Board member of Lord Reading Society, Chairman of Share the Warmth. Currently, she is a member of the Executive Committee, Wills, Estates and Trusts Section of the CBA, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and a member of the Justicia Project group of representatives. Additionally, she has been a lecturer of Trial Advocacy Course at McGill University.

Janet has been with the IMK since 1997 and has a rich experience in employment law, as well as in trust and estate law, while continuing to practice in general civil and commercial litigation.
