As the Senior Marketing Team Leader for the Africa and Middle East (AME) region, Endrita brings her extensive experience in digital communications and marketing to lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company's presence and audience in these territories. In her previous role as Senior Team Leader – Digital Communications, she was responsible for developing digital strategies that aligned with the company's mission and vision, enhancing its digital presence.

Endrita has a strong foundation in Communications, Content Marketing, and Public Relations, which has contributed to her success across various roles at PECB, including Portfolio Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Content Manager. Notably, she developed and maintained the PECB Insights Magazine, increasing its readership and quality, and her contributions have been pivotal in growing the company’s audience and network.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration from South East European University (SEEU) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the School of Economics and Business (SEB LU), University of Ljubljana. Endrita is also certified against multiple ISO standards, including Quality Management, Information Security Management, Anti-Bribery Management, and Supply Chain Management.
