PECB has signed a partnership agreement with Austech

Featured News 2018-06-20
June 20, 2017 – PECB, a leading global provider in professional ISO training courses, and certifications, and Austech, a management consulting and training company, today announced the business service partnership agreement. The partnership agreement will embrace the PECB leading expertise as a professional and certification body with Austech’s leading market in Australia, which will be distributing PECB training courses and will ensure the collaboration of companies in providing and organizing quality services for PECB [ISO 9001/ISO 27001] courses.

“Today`s announcement with the company leader Austech, is another step of our common interest to establish qualitative services and maximize our support for ISO training courses“, said Eric Lachapelle, the CEO of PECB. “In addition, we do believe that the company Austech has shown a consistent success in the education & training sector. The partnership and integration between PECB and Austech, combines two powerful experiences that provide customers with a new approach of understanding their risk and prioritizing efforts in a meaningful and effective way. This partnership between our companies will assist us in providing training courses and certification services, and help us to realize the long term goals of becoming the leaders of ISO Trainings and Certification bodies. We both have great teams of professionals and resources that will be a great support to this partnership,” concluded Lachapelle.

“PECB has a very strong presence around ISO, while Austech shines really around the professional trainings and certifications. This is a point of value that will be focused towards customer success.
“Our ISO Training practice is part of the greater Austech offering. There are three seemingly obvious but often neglected tenants of standards and quality that we stick to, and that’s apparent and true even for our ISO Training practice,” he said.

“Those three being: Proven best-practice content. The concept is actually intrinsic to corporate life. Our progress up the corporate ladder is based on factors generally.
Secondly Practice, practice and practice. Progress isn’t about the passage of time; it’s about focus and intensity.
And finally, aligned and targeted coaching. Assessments and interactive sessions generally serve this purpose in any learning experience, but in the case of learning standards and quality, they become more important than ever. Boiled down simply, answering a question correctly or incorrectly (assuming it is a quality question) reveals something about the learner’s state of knowledge. This information about the learner’s state can be used to adapt the course in real time, where it gives students that ‘opened door’ moment that they've always been searching for.”

Those three tenants are the foundation we build upon, so every time we do ISO trainings those are the three principles that we work to.”
