Egzon Bunjaku
Associate Team Leader – Quality Assurance

Egzon is responsible for coordinating and managing a team of content editors that are responsible for improving the quality of PECB’s training materials in terms of language, content, and format. Prior to being promoted to team leader, Egzon worked as content editor for more than two years in the Quality Assurance Department, where he demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and ability to edit content that is engaging and informative. As a content editor, Egzon also demonstrated that he has a thorough comprehension of the training courses and has been continuously contributing to enhance the processes and quality of products of the Training Division.

As the Associate Team Leader for Quality Assurance, Egzon is responsible for ensuring that the training course materials fulfill the criteria established by PECB and meet the needs and expectations of the clients. Egzon supports the content editors to come up with innovative ideas, improve effectiveness and efficiency, solve problems that may arise, and deliver high-quality work.

Egzon received a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Prishtina. In addition, Egzon holds professional credentials in information security management and quality management.
