Team Leader – IT Security Content Development

Fjolla is an Team Leader – IT Security Content Development at PECB. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing the training development projects with regard to Information Security, Cybersecurity, Continuity, Resilience, and Recovery, Privacy and Data Protection, and Digital Transformation portfolios. 

She is in charge of the day-to-day activities of the IT Training Development Department and manages its workflow. These activities include reviewing and improving the educational content related to the abovementioned portfolios and ensuring that PECB delivers high-quality training materials that meet clients’ needs. By setting clear team goals and providing continuous constructive feedback, Fjolla supports the IT training development team in successfully performing their duties and developing professionally. 

Fjolla received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” in Telecommunications Engineering. She also holds professional certifications in the field of Information Security, Business Continuity, and Quality Management.
