This training course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process. Based on practical exercises, you will acquire knowledge on the protection of privacy in the context of processing personally identifiable information, PII, as well as master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, establish communication with customers and resolve potential conflicts. With the self-study delivery mode, this course is offered on an on-going basis, and is perfectly suited for participants who have limited time to attend training sessions. You have the flexibility to choose the dates that you would like to do the course, learn at your own pace/time, and take the exam when it is convenient for you.
