Mr. Vong is a seasoned consultant, strategist, and trainer with over 20 years of experience working with national and multinational organizations. Currently serving as the CEO of Sword & Shield Consulting supporting clients in enhancing strategy, governance, security and risk, compliance, and operational resilience. In addition, he serves as an Independent Director at the Society for West African Internal Audit Practitioners (SWAIAP) and as a Cybersecurity Consultant for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), supporting the project to improve the cyber resilience in Cambodia through capacity building and regulatory enhancement. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vong held key leadership roles at prestigious Big 4 firms, leading financial institutions and software development companies, focusing on information systems security, risk management, and audit and assurance. He has successfully delivered IT audit engagements for more than 100 clients across the region and diverse sectors, including the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII). Recognized for his ability to design and implement tailored solutions, Mr. Vong empowers organizations to enhance resilience, operational efficiency, security posture, and regulatory compliance. His multidimensional approach combines technical expertise with strategic business insight, making him a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and stakeholders navigating today’s evolving digital and regulatory landscapes.
