I have 18 years of experience in customer experience, operational risk, and business continuity, with a strong foundation in technology governance, risk, and compliance. As an IT GRC consultant, I provide governance, risk, and compliance consulting services to clients across Africa, within the scope of information security, data governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. I am a lead implementer in ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. I leverage my analytical and creative skills to develop plans, procedures, and solutions that align with best practice standards and globally recognised frameworks. I also conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, business impact analyses, and policy reviews, as well as train and coach clients on business continuity and resilience methodologies. My goal is to enable businesses to protect their people, processes, and technology, and to thrive in an uncertain world.
