I am a proficient and experienced Information and Technology (I&T) Governance, Risk Management, and Security specialist; I aim at contributing significantly to the development and appreciation of I&Ts and enhancing their safe application to business management and economic development. I am particularly competent with ISO 27001, 31000, 27005, and 22301 standards. I have a professional career spanning over 14 years with grounded experience in policy formulation, information security operations, and project management. I currently serve as the Education and Academic Relations chair of the Lusaka ISACA chapter and head the Information Security department for the Zambia Electronic Clearing House. I lead the team that instituted and implemented the Information Security Management System in compliance with ISO 27001 and attained PCI DSS compliance for the Zambia National Financial Switch. I am an APMG Approved Trainer for COBIT 2019 Foundations, Design, and Implementation. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in business administration – Finance. I further hold a cadre of professional qualifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer, ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, Payment Card Industry Internal Professional (PCIP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), among others.
