Today the birth of ESG (environmental social governance) has given a new yardstick for adoting Sustainability and global carbon emissions reduction and prevent the worst effects of Cluimate Change. The advent of ISO standards pertaining to Sustainability namely Sustainable Procurement, CyberSecurity, Outsourcing Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Energy Management System and others have given a new and responsible impetus for reducing the effects of the disastrous effect of Climate Change by adopting methods and institutionalising appropriate standards to mitigate and reduce carbon emission as part of responsible corporate citizenry.
