My professional path also includes a decade-long experience at Standard Chartered Bank, (previously ANZ Grindlays Bank), where I excelled in the development and maintenance of financial software. Seeking new challenges, I ventured into the pharmaceutical domain, spearheading the establishment of the entire IT infrastructure for a prominent German company's manufacturing and Clinical R&D operations. Adhering to stringent US FDA and GXP standards, I ensured the seamless integration of technology in their operations. Beyond my corporate endeavors, I actively contribute to TATA ProEngage, a skill-based volunteering initiative that facilitates collaboration between non-profits and dedicated professionals. Through my involvement with Antarang, an NGO focused on guiding individuals in their post-graduation career paths based on aptitude, I have made a tangible impact on the lives of young aspiring professionals.
