ISO 21001 Lead Implementer

The ISO 21001 Lead Implementer training course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to implement, manage, and maintain an educational organizations management system (EOMS) based on ISO 21001.

Why Should You Attend?

In today’s evolving educational landscape, institutions are under growing pressure to ensure transparency, inclusivity, learner satisfaction, and continuous improvement. ISO 21001 provides a globally recognized framework that helps educational organizations enhance the quality and effectiveness of their educational practices. It enables them to align their objectives and processes with learners’ needs, foster equitable and accessible learning environments, and promote evidence-based decision-making. By adopting ISO 21001, organizations can build trust with interested parties, demonstrate accountability, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across all educational activities.

This training course provides participants with comprehensive knowledge of the ISO 21001 requirements and practical guidance for establishing, managing, and improving an EOMS. It takes participants through each stage of the implementation process, from understanding the standard and defining objectives, to evaluating performance and sustaining long-term improvement.

After attending the training course, you can take the exam. If you pass, you can apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 21001 Lead Implementer” credential.
