ISO 56001 Lead Implementer training course equips participants with the knowledge to support an organization in effectively planning, implementing, managing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining an innovation management system (IMS).

The ISO 56001 Lead Implementer training course is designed for professionals responsible for establishing and managing an IMS. It equips participants with the practical knowledge and skills required to implement an ISO 56001-compliant IMS, covering areas such as leadership and commitment, innovation strategy, opportunity and risk management, innovation objectives and portfolios, and continual improvement.
After completing the course, you will be eligible to take the exam. If you pass the exam, you can apply for the PECB Certified ISO 56001 Lead Implementer credential, which demonstrates your ability and practical knowledge to implement an IMS based on ISO 56001 requirements.

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 56001 and initiation of an IMS implementation

Day 4: IMS monitoring, continual improvement, and preparation for the certification audit
