Your use of this Website or the related services such as the Examination, Certification and Education Program and/or the adjacent products, constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement, the Policies and all additional requirements specified on the PECB Website. The current Certification Requirements for each PECB Certification and the current version of this Agreement may be found on the PECB Website. It is your responsibility to check the PECB Website regularly for modifications to the Examination, Certification and Education Program or this Agreement. We last modified this Agreement on the date listed in  this agreement.  We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without notice. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please do not use our website. 

PUBLICITY

By this Agreement you are prohibited to misrepresent or embellish the relationship between PECB and you (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute to you or your business endeavors), or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between PECB and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by PECB.

Users agree not to make, publish, or continue to disseminate any defamatory statements or misrepresentations whether through alteration, distortion, or misquotation based on content obtained from PECB website and platforms, as such actions constitute a violation of the publicity rights of PECB and are strictly prohibited. Such violations may not only result in civil liability, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, but may also constitute criminal offenses under applicable laws.

PECB holds itself not liable for payments processed via Stripe, Link, or any other payment gateways used on our website for payments, including, but not limited to, application for certification, exam fees, annual maintenance fees, exam re-scheduling, etc.

We are committed to ensuring a secure online shopping experience. For this reason, we use reliable third-party service providers such as Stripe along with strong security protocols. To this end, we use the SSL Certificate from a reliable third-party service provider to secure your personal information. The SSL Certificate confirms that PECB has been assessed to have installed the highest standard of Internet Security available to commercial industries. All pages on our website – including a payment, login, and sign-up pages – are protected. You will see a secure address bar in your browser. By clicking this field, you will be able to view information regarding the SSL Certificate and confirm the issuing body. We use TLS 1.2 encryption for data in transport.

TERMINATION OF USE

PECB may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the PECB Website, including, but not limited to any bulletin boards on its website, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this agreement. APPLICABLE LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM
