Timothé specializes in Organizational Resilience, Business Continuity, Technological Recovery, and Risk Management. He has extensive experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems and Business Continuity programs in both private and public sectors, following international standards such as ISO, BCI, and Adaptive BC. His background spans various industries, including finance, telecommunications, insurance, agriculture, government, and healthcare, advising clients in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Belize, Guatemala, France, Poland, and India. Since 2017, Timothé has been a founding member of Adaptive Advisory Group, an international network of business continuity professionals based in the U.S., aimed at enhancing recovery capabilities through innovative methodologies. He serves as Director of the Resilience LATAM conference (13 events since 2018), oversees the LATAM Resilience Awards and The Resilience Battle, the first international tournament of crisis management. Timothé holds several certifications, including CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, CRISC, OSHA, and others. He has contributed to publications in the field and has spoken at events like Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) and Continuity Insights, as well as at various universities and organizations. He is also a coach and instructor in Organizational Resilience, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity.
