Femi, who holds  a bachelor’s degree (BEng) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Master degree in Business Administration, is the MD/CEO Peniel Expert Solutions Ltd. Femi is a highly efficient, methodological and talented IT operation/Business Process Service Quality Manager who has over 23 years’ experience of developing and implementing effective quality control processes and structures in ICT and corporate environment. He is a Certified Microsoft Professional (MCP), Mirotic certified routing expert and CCNA certified. He is also a certified Lead Implementer and Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37301, ISO 27005, ISO 27032, Lead cybersecurity Manager,  ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1-2018. Femi possesses ITIL foundation, ISO 20000 foundation, ITIL strategy and ISO Master. He is also a certified Trainer with PECB for the training of ISO 20000-1-2018, ISO 37301 ISO 37001 and ISO 9001:2015 (Implementer and Auditor courses).  Femi has been training on Professional courses like ITIL foundation, Strategy, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, 27032, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001 for over 21 years. He is a certified Balance scorecard Professional (BCP) and he is an Alumnus of the prestigious PAN-African University (LBS). He has attended many trainings, seminars and expositions in a wide range of fields and has attended many overseas trainings, seminars and expositions in IT Service Management and Quality Management.
