James Ampah-Korsah is an experienced Certified Management Systems Auditor (CMSA), Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), Trainer and Lead Consultant, specializing in a number of ISO Management Systems as Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and Senior Lead Risk Manager. Academically, he holds a BA (Accounting) and MBA (Finance) respectively. Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in 2017, James has had over two decades experience in auditing, financial management, digital transformation, risk management, corporate governance and consultancy. His professional work over the years to date involves multinational and private organisations, oil and gas industry, NGOs, professional bodies, financial institutions and government agencies. James Ampah-Korsah is currently the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at FCMS Consulting, a leading enterprise risk and strategic management consulting firm based in Ghana.
