Sola Oduko is the IT Practice Lead for Procept Associates Ltd., a consulting and training firm, specialising in project management, business analysis, IT service management, business continuity management, IT governance, enterprise architecture and ISO standards. Sola is also the President for Procept Associates Professional Services Limited Nigeria, a franchisee of Procept Associates Ltd, Canada. Sola has hands-on experience: facilitating the formulation of business and IT strategies; establishing PMOs and project management methodologies; formulating information systems and business strategies; designing and implementing IT service management processes and ISO 20000-1; implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enterprise information management programs (enterprise content management, enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence programs), application & infrastructure selection and implementation, and business process documentation and redesign. These involved people, process and technology transitioning, with budgets in excess of $7.5m and team size of over 200 people.
