이미 경험을 쌓은 일련의 전문적인 활동을 하는 재닛은 CBA의 Wills, Estates and Trusts Section 회장, Lord Reading Society 이사, Share the Warmth 회장이었습니다. 현재 재닛은 CBA의 Estates and Trusts Section 집행위원회 위원, STEP(Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) 회원, Justicia 프로젝트 대표 그룹의 회원입니다. 또한 재닛은 맥길대학교에서 Trial Advocacy Course 강사였습니다. 

재닛은 1997년부터 IMK에서 근무했고 고용법, 신탁 및 재산법 분야에서 풍부한 경험을 가지고 있으며 일반 민사 및 상업 소송 분야에서 계속 활동하고 있습니다.
