Invigilator Terms and Conditions
1. Engagement
The Invigilator agrees, for a six-month period, to not instruct, advise, direct, or assist candidates in preparing them for any PECB exam with any seminar, study group, training class, or training course materials. The Invigilator cannot also take a PECB exam for a period of 6 months.
In addition, an applicant for the position of Invigilator who has taken a PECB exam within the last six months cannot become an Invigilator. The same rule applies for the PECB Certified Trainers, who are not allowed to participate in any way in the exam session.
The Invigilator agrees to not invigilate any family-related candidate, friend, or a direct co worker (supervisor of a candidate or supervised by a candidate).
Providing false evidence and knowingly making a false declaration in order to benefit from PECB services constitutes a breach of the PECB Code of Ethics. As a consequence of this breach, the following actions may be taken: suspension, termination, certificate revocation/invalidation.
2. Signature
I, as an applicant for the position of Invigilator of the PECB Certification Program, am committed to adhere to the rules and guidelines as stated in the Invigilator Guide. I will dedicate myself to upholding the creditability and integrity of the PECB Certification Program by conducting these duties with a high standard of professionalism and competency.
