12th of October, 2026 – PECB, one of the world’s leading ISO certification and training providers, announced a partnership with NamCompliance, the trading name of Vingerklip Investments CC. Together with the help of proficient trainers, NamCompliance will ensure the organization and distribution of PECB courses in Namibia.

“This partnership addresses a particular market need. I believe that by working with NamCompliance, we can make integrations easier for organizations,” said Tim Rama, CEO of PECB. “This partnership enables our customers to retain tractability in long-term training decisions by providing them with an independent open plan. I believe we will succeed together by combining the right technologies and services,” concluded Rama.

“Partnering with PECB brings internationally recognized ISO training and personnel certification close to home. Too often, Namibian professionals have had to look abroad for these credentials, at a real cost in travel, foreign currency and time away from work. Through NamCompliance, they can now train in Namibia, with Namibian law, regulators and case studies built into the learning,” said Neruth Rasie Xaweb, Founder and Lead Consultant of NamCompliance.

“This matters most where our economy is heading. Oil and gas developments, together with energy and mining projects, are bringing international operators and European partners who expect the companies that supply them with goods and services to work to ISO management system standards and to field trained and certified people. Our focus is on those Namibian service providers, contractors and SMEs, so that they can meet those expectations and compete for that work on merit. Local participation becomes real when local suppliers can show they work to the same standards as their international competitors, or are visibly on the path to doing so.”

“We will start where our practice is strongest, with compliance, governance and risk courses such as ISO 37301 Compliance Management, ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management and ISO 31000 Risk Management, and extend to the quality, environmental, health and safety and information security standards against which service providers and contractors to the energy and extractive sectors are measured. Our vision is a growing pool of ISO certified Namibian professionals who strengthen governance in our institutions and make local industry a credible partner of choice,” concluded Xaweb.
