CISO of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board who maintains the integrity of the tax secret and establishes and manages organization wide information security vision, strategy, and program.  Responsibilities include managing organization wide Information Security Program, Physical Security Program, Data Protection Program, ISMS policy development, implementation and management, management of Audit Program, ISMS related Risk Management Program, incident response plan and supervision of ISMS related activities in the organization and acquired services.  Trainer and mentor activities focus on supporting military, public and private professional to achieve excellence in leadership, hybrid security and building top level information security culture in their organizations.
