Ishmael Kodzokpo experience led him to be appointed on the Board of Directors for Great Argon Group of Companies (marketing, advertising, real estate, PR, Projects infrastructure, Financial) Director for Potnet Company Ltd (Construction & Engineering) and appointed onto the National Technical committee on Standards at the Ghana Standards Authorities and working on the ISO Technical committee on ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004, OHSAS 18001-2007 in standards review & conversion to ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001standard, Engr. Ishmael Kodzokpo  also work as the group Head of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at Netis group (Ghana) with responsibilities over 4 countries and helping 2 achieve ISO certifications,
