02. What is the difference between an MBA degree, a Graduate Diploma and a Graduate Certificate program?

MBA graduates are awarded a degree, while Graduate Certificate graduates are awarded a professional certificate. The programs differ also in scope and length, where MBAs require more time to complete compared to Graduate Certificate programs.

MBA programs blend advanced skills in business and management with real-world experience to prepare graduates for starting or advancing their management careers. Whereas, Graduate Certificate programs are focused programs designed to give students advanced skills in a particular subject or area of specialization.

Graduate Diplomas are focused, multi-course academic programs typically lasting less than an MBA. The Graduate Diploma programs are in full compatibility with the MBA degree requirements, enabling Diploma recipients to seamlessly transition to a full degree program and transfer all core and specialization course credits earned towards the degree.

03. What is the duration of an MBA program?

The duration of an MBA program can range between 12 and 36 months, depending on the program and the pace of students.

The average time it takes one student to complete the program is 24 months. However, if a student chooses to follow a faster pace they can complete the program in 12 months. Completing the program in one year is very ambitious and requires a lot of focus and dedication throughout the year. Alternatively, students who follow a slower pace will have up to 36 months for program completion.

04. What is the duration of a Graduate Diploma program?

It will take students 12 to 24 months to complete a Graduate Diploma program. The completion time depends mostly on students’ work, dedication, and pace.

05. Where can I get more information about the course requirements?

All information and course requirements concerning a program can be found in the brochure of that particular program. A course list with specific requirements can also be found on our website under each program profile.

For purposes of the evaluation, the student shall provide credible documentation to support the equivalency of the previously earned qualification. Depending on the request for transfer, documentation may include: official grade transcript, attendance records, certificate awarded, course syllabus outlining the course objectives and course descriptions, a copy of a course catalog.
