Am I going to be able to access my PECB account if I merge it with my PECB Trainer account?

Yes. If you merge your PECB account with your Trainer account, you can switch from your Trainer account to your PECB account. You can do so by using the account switcher available at the top bar of your dashboard, without having to log out from your current session.

Can I keep my PECB account and Trainer account separated?

Yes. If you prefer to keep your existing PECB account separate from your existing Trainer account, you can continue using them separately. The merging option will always be available in case in the future you decide to merge the accounts into one.

Can I merge my PECB account and Trainer account?

Yes. If you hold a PECB account and a Trainer account you can merge the accounts by following the instructions available here.

Can I merge my Reseller account with my PECB account?

No. A PECB Reseller account cannot be merged with a PECB account.

Can I merge my Reseller account with my Trainer account?

No. A PECB Reseller account cannot be merged with a PECB Trainer account.

Can I update my email address?

Yes. Even after you merge the accounts, you will still be able to update the email address associated with your PECB account. You can do so under the Profile tab at your myPECB Dashboard.

How can I exempt one of my e-mail addresses associated with my PECB accounts?

You can free one of your email addresses from being registered in our system by merging your PECB account with your PECB Trainer account.

How can I find my PECB account username?

Your PECB account username is the email address associated to your account. Additionally, you can also use your ID Number as a username to login in your account.

How can I merge my PECB accounts?

If you hold two PECB accounts, please submit your request to merge them at customer@pecb.com.

How can I switch from PECB account to my Trainer account?

You can use the account switcher located at the top bar of your PECB Dashboard to switch from your PECB account to your Trainer account or vice-versa.

I am logged in but don’t see the Merge Accounts button

Note that the Merge account button is available only at your PECB Trainer account. Therefore, to merge your accounts, please log in your Trainer Dashboard.

If I merge my PECB account with my Trainer account, which email address will remain connected to the merged account?

When merging the accounts, our system will ask you to decide which one of your two email addresses should remain connected with your account.

What is my PECB ID Number?

Besides the email address associated to your PECB account, you can also use the ID Number as a username when logging in our system. Your ID Number is unique, linked to your account and it cannot be changed.

What is the difference between a PECB account and a PECB Trainer account?

PECB Account: This account is dedicated to individuals interested in enrolling in a PECB training event, scheduling an online exam session, and applying for a PECB Certification. The PECB account is associated with an email address and a PECB ID Number. Within the account one can find his/her myPECB Dashboard which provides features for:
• Certification maintenance;
• Course content access management;
• Examination profile;
• Billing history;

Trainer account: One is required to create a PECB Trainer account during the Trainer Certification Process. All certified trainers are provided with a Trainer account that is associated with a unique email address, which has not been previously used in the PECB system. The Trainer Dashboard allows trainers to:
• Maintain their Trainer Certificate;
• Manage their course content;
• View the details of the training events;
• Maintain connections with the PECB Resellers network;
